One of the factors in this could very well be the extra animation work. Drawing an entire scene then having to draw in rain effects on top of the scene is very time-consuming for a TV show with deadlines to meet.

I've seen few TV anime show animated rain scenes, and even then, the scenework has been either static pan scenes with little animation or (in InuYasha's case) part of a title scene that would be reused. Most of the rain work has been in OVAs and movies based on the shows (as in the InuYasha movies, with the 1st movie having large snow effects and the 2nd having effects like the petals falling).

Very good point. ^_^ I'd hate to be the animator asked to do complicated effects like that in less than a week.

Also,I've meaning to say this for awhile:In the last episode(133)doesn't Sara's vioce sound a bit childish,or teenagery?(I don't know how she sounds in the original).

I have my doubts about this set of episodes. Is Sara even a Japanese name?

Anyway, I'm holding any judgements on this until I see the next episode.

Also Who do you think is Sexy and Handsome in Inuyasha?
To me Inuyasha Sesshomaru and Miroku are the one that i think that are Sexy! and handsome!

that doesn't help, there the only 3 guys on there, Naraku would count, but that eye shadow kills it.

Well, I like all the characters for different reasons, so it's very hard to choose. Shippo kinda reminds me of my little brother, so he has a very special place with me. ^_^ But I guess I gotta say Inuyasha. I really like him! And he has such depth. And you just can't beat that kick-butt awesome sword.
