Right here on CD Japan. Shipping's not cheap (I use EMS), but I've never had a problem ordering from them.

Looks can be deceiving. Once you get pass the first 4 or 5 episodes of the first season of Nanoha, you'll see it actually has an overarching plot that's synominous to a shounen action series (the action scenes for Nanoha is really plentiful and awesomely choreographed).Cinamaroll wrote:Emmmm... but isnt this series sorta like Cardcaptor Sakura? I mean... she has to "capture" the seeds kinda like Sakura capturing the cards and the ferret being her familiar kinda like Kero being Sakuras familiar AND they both have staffs i duno... is it a copy? looks like it to me
It's seriously not like your normal magical girl series!

I just finished this sereis as well as Nanoha A's, And I have to agree with Angel, its not like your typical Magical shoujo series. I was plesanltly surprised, and enjoyed it quite a bit. The character is similar to Sakura in personality traits, but the action is quite a bit higher and story more envolved. The sereis actually puts more of an emphasis on character development than the idea of gathering the seeds. Its kinda like Sakura without all the needless filler episodes I guess in that regard.

For those interested, I got Vol. 4 in my mailbox about ten minutes ago, so the cards for this time around are:
Klarwind (BELKA System, Armed Device(Ring) Style) and Buch der Dunkelheit (BELKA System, Lost Logia Style) [AKA: Yami no Sho or The Book of Darkness].
So from the opening sequence, we've still got S2U, Durandal, and Reinforce that haven't gotten cards yet, with two volumes to go (four cards, if the pattern holds).
At some point, I should post scans of the cards. They're very pretty.
