SAO can't be compared with this anime anymore after seeing so much distictions, so if people are still comparing then they're just blindly watching this show.

I hope akatsuki's relationship with shiro goes somewhere, he should be smart enough to notice after a while

This anime has been pleasantly surprising me. I like that instead of everyone being so concerned with how to get out of the game, they all try to make it a more livable world instead. Also I think the characters are all pretty cool; their personalities are all a little quirky and there is no one who I absolutely can't stand up to this point.

well, they certainly had an interesting explanation for HP and MP in this world as well as respawning. I definitely like how they tie in the story elements with gameplay mechanics. I wonder how memory loss during death will factor in the story since up until now it hasn't been a noticeable issue

It was the part where they showed his name tag next to isuzu's that made me wonder. where she is titled adventurer and he's titled sorcerer, although I was thinking it could just be a coincidence.
