good observation skills there, I thought to myself,

I hope thats a fake name, shes giving away her name way too easily for such a good FBI agent who already knows that he can kill based on name and picture alone I had forgotten that Penbar called her by that Naomi name in the past episodes until you just mentioned this.

I can't wait to see how this all plays out.

Ray never calls his wife by her name when they were in the hotel after the bus incident which is pretty much the only moment you see them together.

Question for you guys. Now, among the very first rules for using the Death Note are these:

If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the subject's name, it will happen.

If the cause of death is not specified, the subject will simply die of a heart attack.

After writing the cause of death, the details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

But the person, whoever it is, dies in 40 seconds, so how does the bolded rule work? Time travel?
