Ep8 really pulled the drama factor.The climax is quite heavy right now and ep9 will finalize Fuko's arc.
Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't ep9 in Kanon 2006 the final episode of Makoto's arc?

But you now got a good idea on how to go about that Fuko video you're planning to do, right? :o

Pretty much.

Once all the widescreen eps come out anyway.

Anyways i found the ending of Fuko's arc is more heartbreaking then Makoto's. I mean in Kanon, Makoto was still technically "alive".

I have seen Kanon. What saddened me is when you said Fuko's ending was more heartbreaking ;w;

Ah.

Well it is.

I guess i might as well keep watching Clannad, since its the only show i was looking forward to all season. It just wont be that great anymore without Fuko ;__;

To tell you the truth, given the recent yet ungodly kickass developments that happened in the recent episodes of ef - a tale of memories, I was actually a bit underwhelmed with the recent episodes of Clannad. In a way I sort of expected what is going to happen especially for peeps who are familiar with Key's past works.

Now that Episode 9 has passed, I have to say......
Spoiler :
THAT was very bittersweet yet very heartwarming! Let's just say the way Kyoto Animation did those moments like the pre-celebration and even the wedding made me feel like I'm a part of that same group. Man, just seeing all those people who received the wooden starfish just brought a great amount of joy because Fuko finally succeeded on what she needed to do. And then there's Fuko handing her starfish to her sister which really sealed the deal.

And then in the end, Fuko never woke up. :cry:
Also another thing to keep in mind.
Spoiler :
I don't know if this will happen in any of the future girl arcs, but the way Fuko teased at Nagisa's and Tomoya's supposed relationship was downright cute! Hell, I believe Fuko is a catalyst of what may become a romantic relationship between those two. And if you ask me, those two would be by far the BEST couple ever made in all of Key's works (well so far anyways).
Next time, it's KOTOMI-CHAN!!! >_<
