At what point does the manga and anime's stories diverge? Cause the manga's art style is really grating on me, And I don't think I can get over without any new content.

chapter 34/35/36, during the brew arc. The ending of that in the manga is different than the anime so methinks you'd be best off reading from that point.

p.s the art has improved craploads in the latest chapters
