more generous than I'd give the first 'half'. Though he says the video game scenes are 'token' he obviously doesn't appreciate his history. (if you consider the unimportant history of clannad 'history'...)

-shrugs- i actually agree with a majority of the review. Its only the first half of the series and thats pretty much how i felt about it at the time. Chances are when the person reviews the second boxset, itll probably be the same, because thats what the person is getting at. Its an anime filled with moe, and that doesn't tickle everyones fancy, especially for someone such as myself.

If the after story gets liscenced however, I'm pretty sure they're review wouldn't be as moe-biased ;]

The review didn't bother me, for the same reason I couldn't care less if a person doesn't like how I see The Simpsons as a show for people that champion under achievers and loser parents. Hey, I just don't understand how people have made the Simpsons popular. it's the same drivel humour every friggin show. Bart is always a kid no one would be proud of to have as a son, and Homer is everyone's idea of the loser schmuck father.

Then there is the fans of Survivor type shows, that can only be made to look smart if you compare them to people that enjoy Cop type shows.
It's the same flaky shit regardless of where it is film, and the cops spend each show arresting the lowest common denominator crude of society.
Oh yeah, you can bet that's a good reason to pay for TV service.

Does it bother me that Clannad is litterally covered in moe? Nope, because I LIKE moe. Yeah of course I like moe.
I like moe the way most guys like wanking while looking at vacant headed big titted beach blondes (but I don't actually like beach blondes by the way).

If they can't see the brilliance of Clannad, then they are blind. I loved Clannad and thought it was immensely cute.
