wow. i didnt know that. thats weird.. so there blood is just sitting in their veins? wow. they dont need to breath then correct?

I'd feel so sorry for that poor doctor.

And I don't know how demon blood flows. It must, somehow, I guess.

Funny thing is, they do seem to breath. At least Kurama has gotten winded on occassion.

Wait, didn't in the dark tournament that referie with the cat ears listen for Kurama's heart beat? Or was she listening for breathing? That really gets me.

*tries to remember* Okay, in the latest episode Kurama said that "demon hearts don't beat in the typical human manner" so I guess they must beat in some way, but not normally. That really doesn't help much, though, does it?

I've just made everyone else here as confused as I am. As if writing fanfics for this series wasn't hard enough.

Maybe demon hearts do beat......so Kurama says. Maybe he meant that human hearts go bu-ump, bu-bump and demons hearts go bu..........bump..........bu.........bump ^_^;

That might work...for my sake I hope it does. In my fanfic, Hiei has a g/f, and one of her favorite things to do is listen to his heart. And, well, she couldn't really do that if it doesn't beat!

You have a fanfic? Cool. I'm working on one myself, but I keep running into problems. (For one thing, I had it set after the Sensui arc before I knew Yusuke turned into a demon, so now I have a major rewrite on my hands.) Do you have this fic posted online so we can read it?

Good point. I wonder how that does work out? I think they get engaged at the end of the series or some such, but I have a feeling some of the powers that be in Spirit World would be thoroughly against any reproduction.
