The really, really scary part is that about half of them are laugh out loud funny. The other half are emotionally scarring.

Holy crap, I didn't think that KyoAni could keep the series on a full boil, but Episode 11 DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!

And I feel so sorry for the computer club president, but he kinda had it coming. Strangely, he kinda acts a bit like Haruhi (is this how all club presidents are?). And I love how he was portrayed in the space battle scenes. Leiji Matsumoto FTW!

And there are soooo many other Sci-Fi anime references, Gun*** , Yamato, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Crest/Banner of the Stars, Macross, Aim for the Top! Gunbuster, probably some Nadesico and many other space setting animes.

The animation in this episode was amazing. And the music keeps surprising me with how well its incorporated. The soundtrack CD is definately on my "must buy" list.

I cannot wait to see all the animated avatars that this episode will spawn.
