Kotomi isn't Tomoya's sister. He only says "we met when we were kids" at the end of the episode.

Well it depends. Not saying it cant happen, cause it could, but with the game it depends on which path the player takes. If that is what is going to happen..

My Prediction:
Ryou confesses + Tomoya dates her cause Kyou will beat him up if he doesnt + Kyou gets jealous and confesses + Tomoya is all wtf + BIATCHSLAPSSPANKINGWRESTLINGNEKKIDINCESTRAPE + Tomoya video tapes this and posts on you-tube
