but do u guys think they will send higurashi on another sender?
i mean...only because of one or two teenagers in japan, they cancelled it-.-
only cause they killed parts of their parents-.-#

Allow me to update with more details now that I have them. As most are aware a lot of anime are show on multiple stations. So while the producers may not cancel a show the stations often may do something.

Status:

Toukai TV - Cancelled previously i believe.
TV Saitama - Just cancelled. Announced during episode 13.

Sun and Chiba aired 13 (My raws are usually from the Sun broadcast) so no clue if they will also cancel.

stations may decide if they'll air it depending on their own discretion. it's a safe option and action on their part; they want to remain relevant while also being conscious of the societal mood.

so while the stations closest to the 2 murders may decide to opt out, those further away did decide that a week's respect to the dead was the right decision and have continued to air ep 13.

chan sites are filling up with spoilers so yes, episode 13 is/has been aired.

episode 13 was BAD END with GOOD ENDing. I can't wait to see what they're going to do with the next 13 episodes.

You don't need subs for ep 13. Watch it. It's epic and awesome.

Looks like the next two episodes deal with Takano in the past or something. And Hanyuu gets all >8E

Just finished watching it.It was marvellous indeed.
