either they're already planning a second season, or a lot of things will be shoved under the rug.....or thrown together at the last minute.AimoAio wrote:Up to 9 episodes and I'm enjoying it so far, though I do wonder where they're going with this considering it's supposed to end in the next 3 episodes and I have yet to see a bigger story/twist. It feels like a collection of short stories just now.

I really hope it won't be the latter. I love the show and it would really pain me to see it have a crappy ending.

Ok, I was really disappointed with the last two episodes. While I really liked the idea of them going back to Huey's past with his experience with war and stuff, I felt like it just made the last episode REALLY rushed. It was kinda like:
Not amused.
Though that's not to say I didn't enjoy watching it, I really liked the dark gothic-y victorian style animation but I was really sad that it ended so quickly and without a proper round ending.

'Watched the last 4 episodes last night! ...
Ok so the episode with Ira and her village was pretty interesting, and I loved the change in artstyle they did to match the world of the novel.
Episode after that with Christabel was something I really liked, but I wish it was elaborated more over like two episodes or something.
Episode 11 was FANTASTIC. I love Ilas. I love this backstory. So much love (even if some stuff probably should've been explained more).
Episode 12 was terrible.
I'm sorry but
So much rage for episode 12. So much.
