Hakuro's... real form is the huge monster armor looking thingy in the fire background. Without the mask, his latent form releases and makes go outta control.
I played the hgame and have the HCG scenes.

Next episode, it looks like Karura is going to duke it out with Touka!Hakurou's home village got completely destroyed, and all the inhabitants got killed including Teoro! Aruru was crying also......
Of course that doesn't stop there. Touka, another busty swordswoman, gets introduced who part of the Kutcha-Ketcha. They're the ones who attacked the village. Interestingly enough, they referred to Hakurou as Rakushain who was a traitor.
