It sucks real bad that it's not in the actual series.

if they would finish the damn fillers it would be in the series. It's in the manga, is this a stolen clip from a future ep? cause aside from some missing dialog it's exactly what happened in their fight. read somewhere that it's a clip from the upcoming movie but that doesnt make much sense why they would take a section from the manga and add it into the movie, won't it just make the anime series redundant when the fillers end and the series continues on?

No no, it's not in a future ep (at least this particular animation). The clip is a trailer/cutscene for the new PSP game-- Bleach: Soul Carnival 2. Although when this scene is animated for the actual series, I'm sure it'll have its similarities.
There's been an extended scene for it that was released last December. If you haven't seen the full version w/ subs yet you can watch it here.

I do miss the action of the original story but funny episode I love Hanataro ^_^ and it looks like next weeks episode is gonna be even funnier than this one >_> However WHERE IS MY ITSUGO!!! this series is lacking one the main character department

I'm sorry, but the manga is getting fucking lame. They thought they had Aizen in every chapter for the last, what, 15 chapters? It's ridiculous. He's basically invincible and I'm sick of seeing all these new magical powers that just randomly pop up whenever you think he dies. And then the old man pops up, and he's been the strongest shinigami for the last thousand years. I swear to god if Aizen isn't dead in the next few chapters, I'm dropping this. (Though I think it is pretty apparent that Ichigo has to play some part in his death, otherwise there'd be no fucking point.) It's sucking hard.

aw come on, it's shounen manga, they always follow a common theme in the final battle
a. all the side characters duke it out, a bunch of them being eliminated
b. the main bad guy wipes the floor with any remaining good side characters
c. the main good guy comes in to save the day, almost losing but finally winning
d. everyone lives happily ever after.

naruto is following a similar story, it will probably end around the time bleach does and in a very similar climactic battle to which the outcome is obvious.

so very true, though I think there's a limit to how many cliches you can use before it just gets plain ol' ridiculous. At least Kishimoto can make it look decent, but Kubo.... eh.
