What in the heck episode was that? When did that happen? I don't recall it, and that clip was hilarious! What was going on?
I don't remember that episode. Maybe it was in one of the movies?

By the way, to the people saying YYH is over rated. Get a grip, or at least express yourselves a bit more politely please. Sure, YYH may not have the most 'relevant' theme or the most philosophical under pinnings. Some of the characters are, admittedly, not terribly bright and our heroes spend most of their time beating up demons and yelling at each other. It's not supposed to be super deep and serious. Heck, half the time it isn't even close to serious. It's a fun show with the occassional message about trust and loyalty and stuff like that.

Over rated? I don't think so. Maybe obsessed over a little too much, but people will do that over any show. I happen to like it. A lot. Especially Kurama, admittedly, but I also identify with Yusuke and (to an extent) Hiei. And I feel sorry for Kuwabara. The big lug really tries so hard and he's got some sterling qualities. I think it's neat how the bad guys aren't always 100% bad and how Yusuke has a way of turning opponents into friends. The characters are memorable, too. I mean, who can forget Jin the wind master? Or Botan? Or Chu? Or Genkai? The list could go on and on.

So give us fans a little credit here and let us enjoy our remenising.
You're one reason I dislike most yyh fans.

Oh yeah, me too. It is my favorite anime, but it's fangirls who obsess over it and swoon over the fact that Kurama and Karasu should get together piss me off. They don't appreciate the show for it's real value, rather for just "Kurama is gay with everyone!1"

Er, I don't think I've made myself entirely clear. I like Kurama, but I don't think he's gay. Far from it. In fact, I rather think that a KuramaxBotan coupling might be interesting. Or KuramaxShizuru, though they hardly interact at all except in the last episode.

So, ah, just how is it that

Um...I mostly just watch YYH for it's fighting scenes I don't watch it for it's relationships at all. When I watch ANIME, I look for it's contents and its storyline. If I were to watch an ANIME for it's relationships I would watch Love Hina or something like that.

^_^ What can I say? I'm a girl. Sure, I love the fight scenes, but I also like the interactions of the characters and all their relationships. Friendship, rivalry, love... I suppose that can get rather annoying to some people, but that's the way I am. The way many girls are, I imagine. At least the ones I know.

Okay, you want to talk about the fighting? Well, how many people here prefer the way Yusuke dealt with Itchigaki in the manga over the anime?

In the manga Itchigaki got most of the way through his evil villain speach (up to the point where he starts ranting about being invincible) when Yusuke punches him straight into the rear-most bleachers.

In the anime Itchigaki talks on and on as Yusuke goes through quite a bit of trouble to get rid of him.

Personally, I like the humorous irony of the manga version.

Yeah we all girls here...for the most part. I, personally love the action part of anime. The relationships are ok, but I mostly perfer the fighting. The only drama/romance anime that I really like is Fruits Basket. Funny how a lot of girls go for the fight scenes.

I just reread the part in the manga when Yusuke sent Itchigaki flying and yeah the irony was pretty funny, but like I said, I'd take the anime version over the manga cause of the action difference lol. Plus I thought that it was cute that Hiei protected Yusuke. Call me stupid if ya want.

Stupid! Hahaha...just kidding. I don't think you're stupid at all. I agree, I definitely liked the ANIME much better, only cuz I get to see the fighting scenes in motion, hehehe. Hiei protecting Yusuke, that was like a miracle that Hiei actually care about Yusuke (not that he'll ever admit it) but I thought it was cute, too.

 Another forum I visit was hit with something like this. Only the message was shorter.

Getting back on track, how many people here think that Yusuke isn't really done fighting bad guys.

Oh, sure, the series is over, but can someone like that *really* stay out of trouble?
