Naruto is not Dragonball! People who die will stay dead. I don't want Tsunade's slugs to be the next Dragonballs, which can revive anything and everybody.

Kakashi should stay dead. It was a worthy death. He died so that choji can get the message of how to defeat that "enemy" to Tsunade. That's good enough, i guess^^

No is definitely gone. The title of the chapter, the way they presented him having lots of time to talk with his father and more importantly:

His death is needed as a major wake-up call to Naruto when he returns to the village.

Its an excellent way to drive the plot further.

I bet the next chapter will be a merging of Naruto going back to the village mixed with Kakashi talking with his father in the afterlife.

If they don't elaborate on Kakashi's past before the finale, I'll burn Kishi with fire.

I just had a revelation.

The six paths of pain are indeed Nagato, but he's controlling all of them from somewhere completely different.

He's hiding away somewhere and using them as puppets to do his bidding. Nagato is the master of the six paths of pain, with Yahiko being one of them. Though Nagato himself is not a path.

He uses the spikes[chakra receivers] to control all of the summoned animals and the six paths of pain[If Jiraiya gets introduced as a path of pain later on, I'm killin' somebody.]

Pein himself is a puppet controlled by Nagato after Yahiko was killed.

I've got more to elaborate on, but I'm busy so I'll leave you with this.

Naruto 428 didn't really surprise me at all. Though I'm patting myself on the back for seeing most of it coming.
