My answer is:Horse Raddish(sp?)

Location:the end of the movie(I think right before the credits)
Setting:around the tree of ages, in modern era, Kagome on one side Inu on the other

Kagome:(talking, talking, talking(I forget all she said)
InuYasha:I really like that yellow stuff(referring to the lunch at the beginning of the movie)
Kagome:....You mean the horse raddish?

InuYasha:Yeah That! It was great!

Kagome:SIT!
