When I read that, I was immediately reminded of the episode in which this originated. Although, in the episode, no one paid any attention to Haruhi in bunnysuit and Yuki in witch's garb running through the halls with guitars...

Best. Ending. Evar. I say I haven't converted to Haruhiism, but more of a church goer. Or something. It's one of the better shows I watched in a while, and I guess it's time to watch it in chronological order. Or the way they number it at the end. Also, I blinked. Darnit.

A common and well-warranted reaction, I've heard it from a few people by now. I think one thing we can all agree on is that for the vast majority of people, it's well worth the time it takes to watch 14 eps. Twice.

I'm reading "Sighs" right now. So far I'm finding that for a future series, animating the entire 'making of the movie' would be kind of... unneccesary? At least most of it could easily be inferred from the 'movie' itself [as seen in ep.1]. Well, perhaps an episode could be spent on it for completeness sake.

I always figured the "making the movie" story would be great as an OVA extra; I personally cannot see this as a basis for another season. Now dealing with Bamboo Rhapsody and Endless Eight stories would make great material for the supposed second season.

And then I head that the later volumes of the novels mostly deals with Yuki so continuing on like that would be stretching it.
