I rather enjoyed the first episode of the second season. I really wasn't expecting much, but the animation is crisper and has lost none of its former charm. Kudos to the animators.

I agree they did it really well. Unlike another of my beloved comedies Minami-Ke

It's doubly funny because the voice of Anderson is the narrator.

after watching ep6 of S2, I've concluded that this show is really good if Hayate is away from Nagi, Maria and gang and its just on Hayate, Hina and Hamster girl <3

Episode 12 was SO REDEEMING.

Just as I was considering dropping the show, they pulled out something epic that nearly brought me to tears.
I was reminded why I watch this show.

Hina cosplayed as Lacus Clyne, singing the NGE OP song while Hayate is running around in a miniskirt and maid costume = epic tiemz.

Even after so long... This show still = :awesome: . It's the only series I've watched so many episodes of without skipping some and feeling like I haven't missed anything. This is mainly cause every episode is usually something new and comical.
"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson
