Best anime this season.Great characters really cute and they all have really well devoleped personalyties,Great OP/ED.The manga is great too,especially the one about Misaka.I hope they make it into an anime at some point,that would be great.

Episode 15 is totally full of WTF moments. Very amusing.

Episode 15! Wow, just wow! This could have been your usual lame-brain filler beach episode, but this actually bridged the next plot arc....

This episode confused the hell out of me.
Spoiler :
Apparently there's a fallen angel doing something distorting reality. Touma is not affected because of his hand but somehow is and sees people as other people, making him the prime suspect for the cause. At this point, I'm not sure who's who and what's going on.

At first I thought it was going to be a filler. That didn't change until the end of the episode.

I like the mage from Russia. And yes, what I thought was just going to be a filler episode is actually the next arc, most impressive.
