Well, in the anime, Greed said, "Well, well. So there's another humonculous who can use alchemy." Or words very close to that. He didn't actually say that he could, just that there was at least one other besides Wrath. It could be insinuated that Greed meant himself, but there's no actual evidence for that.

Notice that he never transmutes anything other than himself? Most of the humonculi can morph their own bodies to one extent or another. Envy can become other people, Lust can extend her nails into spears, Sloth can become watery, and ... well, Gluttony just eats stuff and I don't know what's so special about Pride.

Anyway, Wrath's the only one we actually see use alchemy, so maybe the other humonculous was one that's not around anymore.

There have been a few other homunculi. I could imagine dante or honenheim doing away with ones that accidentaly had the ability to do alchemy. Having your own creating able to perferm alchemy is not good. Especially since the ability to transmute them to humans is something they do hold over their head quite often.

he ended up with auto mail exactly like edward because he wanted to bring sloth back with the stone, and ended up getting his alchemy enabled limbs ripped off by the arms behind the gate

Pride has that eye, I'm guessing that it can see thorugh anything because...

yeah he refurres to it as his "ultimate eye" it can see alchemy at work, and I guess he can focus it to where it can peirce solids too

I'm assuming that pride just had enhanced senses. I don't think it can actually see through solids. The reason he covers his eye is because the homunculi sign on it is a dead give away as to who he is.

But I can understand how it can see alchemy at work. It's what made him such a formidable foe against mustang.

I don't think you ever see Rose in the movie.

When Envy was the priest (after Gluttony ate the real one), didn't he have to transmute those birds? The ones that flew up and then exploded.
