btw, InuYasha The Movie 4 is exactly what you expect of a movie done to a currently-running series: They came, they fought, they kicked demon a$$, and they left.
Not that it isn't good, though -- I liked the side-quest story a lot, and the enemies are pretty original. Along with that is the usual retconning and that some of the characters wander in and wander out -- not much to do with them but cameo in this movie.
Now that the TV series is over with, and the manga is heading towards what appears to be a final resolution, I'm hoping that Movie 5 shakes things up a lot.

Wow...five movies. We've only heard of three at the most. Yikes, shows how slow our country really is. Man, this is one reason I don't like leaving near the bottom of the globe, ANIME takes time to get down here . Ok, so I read this thing somewhere, there's a movie that apparently have Kagome and InuYasha finally getting together...True? False?

Glad to hear that Inuyasha manga version is heading in a conclusive direction. Some people on another message board I frequent have been saying that the series won't end and 'don't hold your breath.' Stuff like that.
Oh, and GloryQuestor, 'quickly'

The biggest problem with Koga is the big problem with Kikyo at this point (and Sesshomaru to a degree) -- simply that the creators can't really seem to fit them into the movie stories.Tenshi K. Tama wrote:I hear ya! did you notice that koga isn't in a single movie!?!?!?!?

InuYasha and the main cast are always easy to fit into the story, but Kikyo is difficult for some reason. She tends to appear, something happens that she plays a minor role in (the undead souls in Movie 1, the arrow shot in Movie 2, etc.), and then she moves on. Even though she had more of a part in Movie 4, even there she feels more like an extraneous plotline than an active or important part of the story.
Koga would probably find himself in the same boat. Even though he always makes a good cameo character, unless the writers can actively use his character in a storyline, the cameo would probably be rather cheap-feeling.
(btw, if you would like some original Koga cameos, check out InuYasha: Secret of the Cursed Mask. His appearance in that game are quite amusing. )

Hahaha...oh, I cracked up laughing so hard when I first saw Koga. I laughed even harder when he announced Kagome was going to be his woman. Then, seeing InuYasha's face...poor InuYasha...Tenshi K. Tama wrote:I hear ya! did you notice that koga isn't in a single movie!?!?!?!?

Yes, it is a bit sad Koga isn't in any movies, if he was, it would be funny in the bits he's in. But, maybe just as well, it might end up better that he's not in it.

You know, he really hasn't shown up much in the series lately, either. For a while he was almost a regular.
I wonder if Naraku remembers that he still hasn't gotten the jewel shards from Koga. I mean, he kept talking about 'the last shard'.
I think my favorite Koga/Kagome/Inuyasha scene is when Kagome thought Inuyasha had died in that river of fire and then shows up. Koga starts talking like Kagome is already his when she runs up, totally ignoring Koga, and hugs Inuyasha! That goofy grin on Inuyasha's face was to die for. He was so obviously enjoying that. ^-^

I feel so sad! I was waiting ever since I had read the summery(which was around the ep 20's) to see that episode and I never seen it! That was actually the main part that I wanted to see!!!Brigid wrote:You know, he really hasn't shown up much in the series lately, either. For a while he was almost a regular.
