man where the guy his name is tucker by teh way turned his daughter into a beast but its a good series man at the begging of its all like huh? and the end of it its like HOLY CRAP NO WAY I DID NOT SEE THAT COMIN

O.o wow...

Umm, yeah, anyway, I'm a huge Roy fan. I cosplay as Ed because my body type (read: height) and facial features suit him more, plus he's just fun as hell to cosplay, but Roy's really my love. ^^ Ed got 50 million times better at the end, after he kills Sloth... but then, it's been proven that I dig that brooding, troubled personality type. :)

He also seems a lot cooler in the manga. Then, just about all the characters seem cooler in the manga. Probably because we find out about them. (And Roy didn't...

It gave his character more depth, however. That whole internal struggle with guilt thing...

Aside from roasting countless people in Ishbal, the Anime Mustang seemed much weaker in spirit compared to the Manga Mustang that stood there eyeing down the Furher with that stare of his
Scar being the killer in the manga adds something goodness to himself, giving the Elrics even more reason to pursue him.

I really did love FMA. And yeah i agree with what Roy did giving his character more depth.

Does anyone else feel that the FMA film (as good as it was) was a bit of a let down after the excellent anime series?

Yes and no. The only thing that REALLY pissed me off was when Ed jumped out of the plane, through a plate glass window, then plummeted another like, 50 feet to a stone floor...
And got up. *shakes head* For the most part the series was pretty good about avoiding completely unbelievable things like that.
