Hey, just finished watching Haruhi (irritatingly in chronological order, I think I would have enjoyed it much more in Haruhi order), and I did have one question.

Barely spoiler, but I'm not too familiar with the spoiler policies of this thread so I'm playing it safe. ^^;

The last line of Part VI, where Kyon says that he's going to talk to Haruhi about the supernatural things, why does she not know anything about the others in the episodes set later?

I figure, either she's not talking about it and just getting on (that seems very un-Haruhi, as well as she seems most oblivious), or he was going to talk to her about espers, aliens and time-travellers generally, without mentioning the others, which, to me at least, would make for a far less powerful line to end the series on.
Am I missing something?

Oh yeah, it was awesome by the way. :D Although, maybe it's because I watched it chronologically, but I think it's a much better experience watching just the first 6 parts alone, felt like a lot of filler to me for just a 14 episode series. Not saying I'm not happy to see more Asahina! Just that more consequential episodes would have been nice.

Don't know the original novels though, so I'm aware this issue could be unavoidable. Also aware some people like their chilled out happy filler episodes, helps pacing... ...if you watch it in non-chronological order. >_<

I'm gonna have to watch it again, aren't I? :shock:

... that's exactly the very first thing he does (when she arrives for their date-of-sorts). However, she dismisses it out of hand, refusing to believe it. Which is good, because if she ever found out it was true and believed it, that would be the end of the series right there.

If I knew about this happeneing way in advance, I would've tried to plan AX instead of Otakon just to see this :o

I know I can't afford it at this point in the game though :cry:
