Although this was announced over a month ago on AnimeSuki, I only found out about it now:

As for Episode 24, it has been announced that it will be a DVD-only episode, given with the last DVD release. Much like episode 23, this will be an extra episode (or omake).
EDIT 03/31: On the official site of the anime series, it has been confirmed that the content of episode 24 will focus on Tomoyo (智代編 - Tomoyo-Hen : Tomoyo's Chapter/Compilation).

So liek, Tomoyo After anyone? :'D

So will this show more of Tomoyas arc in an alternate dimension? Somewhere Nagisa isn't Tomoyos girlfriend?
Would be interesting. Clannad 2 could be split in two parts then. First part shows Nagisa's After story (stuff from the Clannad game) and the second part will show stuff from the game Tomoyo After.

Like episode 1-12: True After Story
13-24: Tomoyo After

Well, seeing the trailer for Clannad 2, something like this isn't planned >_>
