hmmm yeah, thought I would like to say a few things about this bringing this back to the thread. I have watched episodes 1-13. There are just 13 episodes of Full Metal Panic:The Second Raid, and I noticed that some people known about it since 2005. I didn't find out about it til my sister said something about it a few days ago. lol. and so I had to see for myself. I watched the episodes off the youtube site. lol.
I thought it was pretty good from watching. Although I wish they would do something about Sousuke and Kaname, and actually have them kiss, or have Kaname Kiss Sousuke and see how he reacts. lol.
What sucks though is that ADVFilms didn't pick this up. FUNimation did, and just found that out today because I wondered who licensed it. I just hope they have the same english voice cast, because the english voices to Kaname, Sousuke, and the others fit perfectly. It just wouldn't be the same watching it without the english voices for Kaname and Sousuke from the other seasons. And from reading what all you have said about the manga, and saying something about there is a novel of this anime? thats pretty neat. It makes me want to get the manga of Full Metal Panic, because I really like the series, I had actually watched the 1st season for a 2nd time, and also the 2nd season. I pretty much really like it because of the Kaname and Sousuke relationship. I just wish they would make it go farther. lol. and by reading some other replies, some other people do as well. It would be nice for them to make another season and actually have Kaname and Sousuke hold hands. that would be so sweet!!

Wow i finally finished reading all seven pages! I'm new but I'd like to throw in my 2 cents. First off, the end of day by day was a great book, but it was changed a whole crapload in TSR. They inserted those sisters and gates character just to make things more interesting. Also, my damn bootleg dvd (which has crappy subtitles) ordered the episodes in order of the book, the first four or so didn't exist. The book started out immediately with Sousuke taking apart the car. Anyway, I'll just spend the next year or so downloading the other books, continuing collecting the mangas, and brooding over whether

Whoa.... is it just me, or does Mao and the AI sound significantly different than the first FMP? I know they're the same voice actors, but I guess its been 3 or 4 years since these two have really used their voices for the series, but WOW, they sound totally different.

Even still, I'm pretty sure they won't ruin the voices, the first FMP had one of the best dubs I've ever heard, and I have faith they'll meet my expectations again.
