The last part of 25 is really confusing.
Spoiler :
Right when you think their dream came true, to have everyone united under one banner, they are still making gundams to fight. What for? I have to ask that question since it seems like everything is just like they wanted it to be.

This series kicked serious awesomeness and then some.
We got another clifhanger like ending like Code Geas.
Spoiler :
Am I wrong, or did it seem like that girl leader from setsuna's nation of origin that setsuna was always talking to was the head of that new organization that was testing the new Gundam 00s? I always had this little suspicion in the back of my head from early in the series that he might end up fighting for or with her in some way or another, I dunno why.

Well, I think their masterplan involves more than just a simple world peace. Celestial Being says that they wanted to end all conflicts, but they must have some higher mission.
Spoiler :
Besides, conflicts are going to start up again with the Innovators or whatever, the masked dude, and the other surviving war people. They have to be prepared in case war breaks out again.

Graham's entrance in the final episode was a bit too random for me, it was like "oh right this is a Gundam series, so we need to make a
masked
character no matter what" =/

you should rewatch the last several eps and listen carefully to Aeolia Schenberg's message because the world being united is only the first part of Celestial Being's plan.

Damn straight, there has to be a Haro and a masked guy. I was predicting that it was going to be that terrorist dude, whatshisface... but Graham was an awesome surprise.
