Haruhi and Mikuru are in Akihabara and decided to go one of those maid cafes so Mikuru can became a better maid. It ended up being more of a little interview with one of the maids in which they're discussing how a maid cafe usually works. Though I should say that you should avoid going to these cafes when they're doing themes like Juvenile Delinquent Day.
