After his lunch break, Shiro goes on an errand for his classmate Kukuri to prepare for their upcoming school festival, only to be chased by some intimidating-looking men.

The second episode was annoying. I feel they're not really taking the plot seriously here.

You introduce a guy that was sent on a mission from his "master" to kill the white haired kid, and now you're cooking for him in his apartment?

It's just silly, and the fact that I'm watching for the animation so far isn't going to make me keep up with this series.
