No he doesn't turn into a god in the movie. He get's possessed by Celestin Belldandy's Mentor.

is this all the anime there is of this seres.

So way is there the 5 episode OAV and the TV series

And is the TV series release in english on DVD

Yes. That's all of it. It'll be kewl if they make another movie.
The Tv series starts all over I've heard that it's more similar to the manga.

The new Ah My Goddess Tv series has already been licensed. It was dubbed by Media Blasters. The first volume of it comes out September 27th.

I"ll have to invest in that. I"m thinking of doing Ah! My Goddess as Live action for a college production project. Anyone wanna give me some tips on it?

Has anybody seen the the old OAV and the new series?

It's been a long time since I've seen the original oav, but I seem to recall it being.. hmm.. sweeter in spirit than the new series. I watched a pretty fair amount of the new series and it just didn't have the same appeal.

I much preferred the new series actually. Mostly for shallow reasons: the production values were higher, it was longer and the opening/closing themes were better.

Don't get me wrong, the old ones were great too but I just didn't like them as much. At least from memory...

Does anyone know if they're going to continue on the latest series with another season?

The new series covered more detail and wasn't as straight to the point as the oavs were.

That and seeing Belldandy actually horny and dress sexy for the first time REALLY got me...
