Yes, photobucket is fine. I should have said "I'm pretty sure you don't run that site the images are hosted on, and don't have permission to link to them from the people that do." If you had read the image posting rules that I linked to, you would have seen that photobucket is fine. In fact, it is specifically named in rule number 3.
