On that second one, you should be aware that one DVD seemed to have been animated differently. The rest of the series, she's not nearly as endowed.

It kind of looks like "Azumanga Daioh" but I'm not sure.

That's definitely Azu, though it's a fan-made picture, or one out of a Doujin that's been colored.

I do believe the OnAir version was animated the same. Her (Sei) and Meg had variable size breasts throughout the entire series. It was just that in episode 15 (where that image comes from), she was at her largest.
