Hehehe, the hentai manga is actually titled Milk Mama.

That particular chapter has a humorous story since it's about a girl named Yuko who wanted to practice having sex with her best friend Rie so Yuko can get the guy she liked. And then those two girls got so into it that the Yuko forgot why she's doing it in the first place.

Milk Mama is rather interesting. The nipples on the girls are a little big.. but hey, since when were big nipples a bad thing? (Btw, ungodly huge boobs and ungodly huge nipples are a totally different thing for those of you who know my tastes)
