A: Osaka's feeding Chiyo with the takoyaki that they're advertising. Unfortunately, people in Osaka and Chiyo's school have a penguin fetish and instead of going to the store, they're just sitting there watching the two. But Chiyo doesn't care because she gets to eat and Osaka doesn't care because... she lacks normal common sense? XD

Q: Why is Rin so come and Sia so upset and "stoned"?
