It isn't Italian, it's German with Latin and says "daughter from Elysium", it's a part of the lyrics to Beethoven's 12. (If I remember right.)

Beethoven composed only nine symphonys, this part is from the fourth movement of the nineth symphony which was played at the end of the series. Originally the text was written as a poem by Schiller.

Why do I get the feeling that it's ripping on Kanazuki no Miko? I liked that series
