I found that engrish one highly amusing because they actually pronounced it right. Why they couldn't spell it, I just don't know.

You haven't noticed that Shaft does whatever it wants for a joke? The misspelling was plainly some sort of weird joke, although I can't say what it is that they're getting at, unlike the yaoi one from the same episode which was a 2/3rds correct definition that changed at the end.

Homo milk = Homogenized milk.

Homo is when they don't skim any cream from the milk and just homogenize it like it is. So they are saying it has less fat, but tastes like none of the fat has been removed. Photoshop, I think not.
