i havent seen the show in.......6 months since my mom kicked me out

Most of mine were done using 'ImageReady'. It comes as an add on with Photoshop these days. If you don't have that, then there are plenty of decent FREE gif animators out there. Try doing a search on CNET.com

I wish my camera can do that!

Just to note, this IS going to be an actual anime series animated by Gonzo.
