That's Sukisyo where there's absolutely no girls and lots of bishies going all shounen-ai (hell, I think the entire cast are guys). You can buy an uncut, subbed version from Media Blasters at a pretty cheap price.

That was from Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. And yes, Kaname can be a scary person.
