You cab't use them here as they are. First you must resize them to 80x80 pixels (or smaller). If the resized avatar is more than 6 KB, then you must also host it on a website like Imageshack. From there, you click here and place the URL of your picture where it says Upload Avatar from a URL.

If the resized avatar is 6K or less, you can just upload from your computer

And seriously. THIS ISN'T A CHAT BOARD!!! I'm giving very fast results for this forum. Get some ritalin and calm down.
