Okay here... first of all, there's already a thread called "The Anime it's From" that's dedicated to this sort of thing.

Secondly that's Voices of a Distant Star or Banner of the Stars (can't remember the entire title; I'm going on the Manga that's based on it here)

It's either Banner of the Stars or CREST of the Stars.
