Yay, I got in one out of four vids /o/

Time to roll up my sleeves for two other ideas I didn't have time to make. I expected one to get in, so if it's the one I thought it was, these other two might make it as well. As for the one I couldn't manage to upload, well... it was the worst out of the lot anyways.

In other words, happy me \o/

Hm, I submitted 10-11 vids, but I don't see my name on the list so i think none of them were selected. Really quite a shame.

Ik wasn't really thinking all of them would pass, but i had some hope for 1 or 2 of them :( My last batch contained two (at least imho) pretty funny amv's so i figured those would make it.

So I'm hoping that at least one of them shows up sooner or later (As you said: there's a slim chance there will be vids added) but if i don't see them in one month's time, I'm going to use them in a amv of mine and place it on youtube. I really put in quite some time in making them and it'll be a shame to waste that.

Right. Because putting them in that hell-hole will prove their worth.

People are getting frustrated when their crap isn't selected. Would you rather your shit be selected and it makes a crappy Final AMV Hell? This series has t ogo out with a bang and if a general response is "That was funny, but not ALWAYS funny" Then it's not good enough. It has t obe funny the whole time. And if you didn't make something good enough, then to bad.

That's a bit harsh---not everybody who submitted something that didn't get on the consideration list made something that was "crap". The selection process is highly subjective (as it is with all forms of creativity), so just because something didn't get chosen doesn't automatically make it crap.

I submitted quite a few and was damned proud of most of them, and I thought a couple of them were quite strong. Am I disappointed I'm not on that list? Of course. But I think it's unfair to dismiss everything that didn't make it as crap.

And as a former art student, I'm overly familiar with rejection and critique---you need to get used to that and suck it up if you're going to continue to create. But feeling disappointed is also valid. So chill out a smidge, huh?

Sorry, I think you mis understood. I'm one of those people that use "crap" and "shit" To just say it's some stuff. like. "Jesus there sure is a lot of crap in this closet" or whatever. I'm not saying everything rejected is crap.

Let's just wait for AMV Hell 5 - Reopened due to fled souls. (Just kidding)

Well, I had lotsa work and it was fun, and since I can see my name on the list too (Yay!) I'm happy reaching the secondary mission objective. Now hoping for the primary one. :)

See ya in AMVH5! *gets stomped by satan himself*
