its a really small 4.3 meg file... the lipsyncing needs more.. syncing and i have to edit out subs..
for some reason the speed on this site is slow.. it should only take about 1.5 mins to download at 50k

er, unless those are soft subs (which im pretty sure they're not) i dont know how you're going to edit them out. are you using dl'd footage? cause it kinda looks like it, tho that might just be cause its so small/wmv format (which is fine for a first beta and the quality may be good later for you, just something to consider).
as to your video heres the things i notice immediatly:
you really do need to fix up some of that lip syncing, some of it seems ok, but some of it is quite obviously off, the main one you should look at tho is 0.09 - haruhi's head is moving in this frame to repeat frames, looks very very wrong, its not just the mouth moving so you cant move it around like that, if it was me, id use one constant motion of the head and use masking to sync the mouth, will be hard but if u want that scene its the only way i can think to do it
next major point id use, is you completly overuse the multi-screen footage. like 2/3 of ur clips are using the multi-screen haruhi stuff, its a good effect and works well, but you shouldnt make an entire vid using it :/
just my initial impressions, i know i didnt go into any great detail

eh, urs is harder cause its only 12 seconds

it will be the right size.. all those things you said are right.. i can cut and resize the video accordingly... and yes the actual quality is suffice.
i just really needed to know if it was the "right" direction.

hmmm.... ok ill point out that my sync is way off cause i threw this together fairly quickly (in my terms... i edit slow -_-) but heres the first 30ish seconds of my track

edit: i should mention if anyone wants to comment on my video go for it, as i stated im aware that the sync is off and ill fix that once ive completed the track (its a beta, so im just generalising atm) apart from that be as brutal as u want

Hmm..Nope,It's probably because I had to crop off a subtitle and it got a little screwy,and the Anime actually has pritty sucky animation in the first place,but I'll see what I can do.

Anyway,my first beta is ready(45 seconds).Just need to upload it and I'll send the link one of the following days.
