So are the basic guidelines going to be the same for Hell/0 as they were for 4? By that I'm asking if the editors symbol is still not allowed in the bottom-right-hand corner? In a way I missed that because it made it seem more like a community project. But hey I can deal without it. Oh, and are subtitles allowed? I'll do my best to get rid of them. But yes you can all expect a new version of hell which is going to be worse than AMV Hell 0. I know afterwards people are going to say "Wow, I didn't think it was possible to make something worse..." Then suicidal thoughts follow that thought!

Can't say if a clip will be in until all the videos are screened and reviewed by a few editors not participating in the MEP. So far I've got some poop and a vid with subtitles. Rules update: no videos with subtitles.
