Censoring because of japanese law. They prohibit "private parts" to be shown since hentai gets aired on tv there and they do it to still have a sort of protection for the children that might catch a glimps or more. (as if kids wont know what the hell is going on anyway )

Not quite... It's illegal to sell (or air as you mentioned) uncensored porn in Japan at all. I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to possess it though, so the people in the industry make censored versions to sell in the country and the uncensored stuff is sold elsewhere.

Well, I wish they would make an uncensored version for the U.S. already.

Just listen to X songs/audios until they remind you of Y hentai, then watch the video while listening to the audio and see if it fits. I am sure you'll find something eventually.
