because that's incorrect 4:3 AR for playback on a PC monitor (not to mention 0.9 pix NTSC instead of square pix note: I'm not using vegas I use Premiere Pro and set up every project as custom settings) and we are not going to be fixing people's AR for them they can do that themselves like 99% of other MEPs out there (there being a few exclusions).Bauzi wrote:You could still take 720x480 with a pixel aspect ratio for 4:3 playback (isn´t it Sony Vegas default settings?). You can still make out of PAL this ressolution without problems.
Truth be told I'm a little supprised it's europeans complaining considering those of us who use PAL normally are constantly converting it to NTSC and I don't see you doing the same thing on every MEP with 640X480.
And I'm also supprised you would argue against having correct AR -_-
Either way I don't really care the MEP technical commandments are set and they are correct. Is there something else we can help you with , your first born perhaps?
*EDIT* Just to clarrify - the devil cares not if you find a loophole in the commandments and don't get caught... eg (converting your NTSC footage to PAL )
