Ya I think Nickelback would be interesting to edit with. We need technical specifications though if you wanna go through with this, such as resolution and framerate. Also posting links to where we can either download the mix or individual tracks would help too.

I wasn't trolling. I was being serious, although My use of words was pretty stupid I must admit. If these new people come in here with no MEP knowledge and then fall on their faces, I at least expect them to say they then want help, Not just say "oh yah.. about this whole thing. It was my friend who done it.

How can you expect newcomers to ask for help when apart from Bauzi, The Origonal Head Hunter, CC and Reda who are doing the right thing, everyone else is confusing the person by criticising and being rude about the MEP idea?

If was your friend who started the thread, just ask him/her to make his/her own account. If he/she has it, he/she should have the courage to stand in front of these bullies (no offense ¬_¬, I would like to say a better word but I can't translate that to english) and say what he/she want to say.

But if you want to start a Mep, I agree that you just has started participating on the site, we would like to know something about your work for getting sure you know what're doing; maybe you don't know how many videos I've seen where the coordinator messed the work of the participants when putting all together. Your idea it's not bad, I like nickelback too, despite mep's using band music are annoying because most of them aren't well coordinated and each editor makes whatever he/she wants with their respective clip forgetting they are part of a whole.

First of all is a matter of temper. If you hear some people are misjudging you, just don't pay attention to them and continue with the ones that want support you. And make your own place in the org. Like Bauzi said, read some others projects (join if it's possible), make friends, ask questions (and if you think it's a question that will give you problems with other editors or you think it shouldn't be public use a pm).

For getting started read the stickies in this section and read the guides in the members’ main page (even if you know everything about technical info, it's not deal reading them again).

And finally, good luck with the project.
