It's actually both a joke and serious. The MEP is real, but the purpose is making it bad as a form of joke.

What the hell, read my thread's first post with the rules on technical, and you can join mine. We'll probably end up with a free spot anyway. Maybe that'll give you a better idea with how a MEP runs. Just post in the thread when you're ready, and I'll send you your lottery audio.
