Thats cause you have way too many tracks and people keep dropping.

Well at any rate that's whats going on, 2 editors have dissapeared and even if they do show up im on holiday so i cant do much, once i get back i'll deal with it, if they aint done by time i get back, i'l probably have them replaced.

For those whom prefer having set dates: Smurf should return sometime around the 8th of January. All absent tracks will be delt with at that time. Until then, most of us are obligated to attend various holiday events. Your patience (those of you that still have it) is appreciated.

I can wait for it to finish, but when we are waiting on people that are just jerking around, then I get alittle annoyed.

x2

DCG might be overdoing it a bit we can say, yet that doesn't mean that he's not telling the truth somehow. If someone doesn't care starting a track for months they don't deserve to be on the project at all. I mean that kind of behavior is just unsocial and shouldn't be supported in any situation.

What you say Ingow is true, but one of the editors had an excuse of a personal nature but still promised to be done for the previous deadline i set but hasnt come back online, im assuming the prob got worse and there's christmas aswell and the other simply went missing from the online community almost 2 months ago now, saying he had exams, and we can assume he's with family for christmas, but by january if they are not done, i will most probably replace them, i really hope it doesn't have to come to that. that's all i can say for now.

I'm thinking we should organise some back-up editors who are currently not in the project so when you return for good Smurf we can find out the progress of the three and if they still haven't uploaded/done anything we drop them and let the back-up editors do the tracks? Does this sound fair to everyone else?

Sounds fair to me. As long as the late submitters aren't relentlessly bad-mouthed while they're away. It's not their fault they have shit to do outside of the internet. Some people call that "having a life".
