i also temporarily lost my current video that was 60% complete... but temporarily.. im pretty sure ill be able to get my video projects back within the week

Sorry to add to the potentially impending death of the tool project, i'm gonna have to bail aswell. I'm loaded with other work, amvs and otherwise, and my segment just isn't going anywhere.
