Betas = mp4 (h264) please include sound.
Finals = lagariths - please include sound. (mp3 or uncompressed)

then what about x264 avi? betas are more about seeing what their track is about editing wise. if you want to see their quality, just ask them to send a sample of a clip... i just think it's kind of irrational to say h264 or lagarith, with nothing in between
